Cooking? Sure! Why not? Sounds like fun!

“Alright, let’s get to it,” cheerful, as always, Eva give her companions a confident nod, not phased in the slightest that she’s a terrible chef.

A wave of her hand encourages her pokemon to participate. MATIAS SILPH and luka chêne have the first dish covered, so her pokemon get started on the second. Serperior uses VINE WHIP to assemble the necessary items for the sandwich while the Bellossom dusts it with a savory SWEET SCENT. Last but not least, Grimer slaps all the ingredients together with STICKY HOLD so they don’t come undone.

“Perfect!” Eva flings the sandwich up towards the waiter for delivery alongside the latte.

Luka isn't a chef by any stretch of the imagination. She's not even a decent cook. In the most generous of terms, she's an absolute disaster in the kitchen. [break][break] Luckily, she's not the one doing any cooking. And there's some things that are pretty hard to mess up. "O-okay," she says, chewing on her lip as she addresses her Pokemon. They're both newer members of the team, so she's not sure how well they'll listen. "We're making, um...a drink. A hot drink! So, um...Gumdrop, Flan! Let's do our best!" Gumdrop the Slowpoke provides a WATER GUN for the drink, while Flan the Fennekin has an EMBER at the ready to heat it up. Though the flames are a little overzealous, perhaps, and a towel nearby catches fire. Luka shrieks and pours the half-made beverage on it to put it out...and they have to start all over again. "Ah, thanks..." Luka decides to make herself useful by cleaning up their workspace until the next order is in. The burned towel thrown away, the mess from splashing lukewarm water everywhere cleaned up. Once the next order comes in Luka's careful to stay out of Eva and Matias' way, but that doesn't stop her Pokemon from having some fun.[break][break]Toffee, who had previously been entertaining himself by playing with a spoon on the countertop, giggles and blows a Sweet Kiss towards the shaved ice drink being made. Meanwhile, a Decidueye passing by decides to lend a hand- er, wing, most likely enticed by the smell of cooking food. A Porygon, similarity attracted, joins him- can they even smell? No matter. Luka isn't one to turn them down- in exchange for a treat, they prepare a Sharpen and Leafage to assist with the making of a caprese salad. [break][break] MATIAS SILPH & Eva Morales

Luka’s shriek catches Eva off guard. She jumps, ready for action when the woman sacrifices the beverage to douse the flames. With a deep breath, she relaxes, smiling and laughing lightly, “It’s all god, Luka! Just a little accident, no harm done,” Right? No Harm? A quick survey tells her everyone is alright.

The next order comes quickly. Shaved ice? Eva snaps her fingers and the Dewgong appears, firing an ICE BEAM for the base of the dish. Jynx steps forward with POWDER SNOW to add some texture to it. Eva glances towards Matias for the finishing touches.

"Y-yeah...it's not going so bad, huh?" Even though she hasn't really done any of the work, Luka's still pretty proud of herself! She hasn't burned the kitchen down yet. [break][break] But when the next order comes in, her eyes widen with delight. "Oh, oh! Wait, can I help with this one? I won't mess it up, I promise!" Though hopeless when it comes to cooking or baking, she's actually quite adept with a frosting bag. Luka hums happily as she decorates the cupcakes with swirled icing and adorable decorations, her Eevee and Alcremie assisting with a Helping Hand and Decorate respectively. Eventually Luka steps back, happy with her work- though it still seems like something is missing that she can't quite put her finger on. [break][break] MATIAS SILPH & Eva Morales

Eva knows exactly what the cupcakes are missing, “I got you, Luka!” she smiles, releasing the Togekiss into the kitchen. It’s wings flutter rhythmically while sparkling FAIRY WIND brushes gently over the cupcakes, coating them in a memorizing sparkling dust, “Beautiful!” she concludes, nodding as she returns the pokemon back into it’s ball.

Next up with the burger. Eva’s Arcanine fires up the grill with a FLAMETHROWER while the Theivul chops up the ingredients with carefully HONED CLAWS.

@sol's houndour is quick to help out with the sneasel burger, noticing it needs work done even before matias does. with its EARLY BIRD (likely gained from waking up too early every single day...), it adds the finishing touches with a small lick of flames.

thankfully, the houndour is recalled before it's able to take a chomp.

"Your dog or not...it's still cute!" Luka giggles and would have given the puppy a treat anyways, but it's recalled first. That's for the best- it's not a great idea to reward bad behavior. But there's little else for her to do when the next orders come in, as she doesn't trust herself to try cooking again. So while she continues to tidy up and serve food with a sweet smile, the Decidueye from before takes matters into his own hands (beak? wings?) to prepare a Leafage for their pizza.[break][break] Over her shoulder, a passing Klinklang floats in...do they even eat? As the pizza comes together, Eva nudges the Arcanine forward again, “Alright, Hades, finish off that pizza!” The canine summons a FLAME WHEEL which consumes the pie and cook it until the cheese bubbles and crust darkens.

As for the coffee, Politoed summons a misty ICE BALL to shave a few cubes off of into a glass. The iced coffee is poured in and Exeggutor finishes it off with some dazzling MOONLIHGT once the Klinkklang is done with it, “Another order up!”

they only need one pokemon this time: sandshrew bursts out of the ground, which might be the cleanest thing to do, but it's what sets them up with a BULLDOZE into RAPID SPIN which sends the order out in time.

“Time to get crackin!” Eva giggles at her stupid joke, motioning the Blissey forward to EGG BOMB the base of the omurice. Once complete, the Shiny Rattata was ready to HUSTLE and get that order out ASAP!

Over at the sandwich station, Hitmontop was TRIPLE KICKING the crap out of some slices of bread while the Gogoat chopped ingredients with LEAF BLADE. Dragonite finished it off by SLAMMING it all together.

"All right! Let's get serious...no yolks about it!" Oh, her joke is even worse! Luka just laughs it off as she hustles to sort out the ingredients some pokemon had brought in during their last order. While she does so, her Fennekin and Buneary get to work! Chocolate, the poor Klutz, trips right over to break the egg, but Flan manages to save it with a well timed Fire Spin, saving the omurice from complete ruin!
